New for 2008...

We are delighted to be adding another two fishing lakes this Summer. The much anticipated purpose-built match and pleasure fishing lake has 35 pegs and is opening in June 2008. It has direct vehicle access with a parking space next to each individual peg. The second lake opening is a smaller 12 peg lake designed especially for juniors and beginners, it’ll provide the perfect environment for youngsters to enjoy and learn to fish. Fishing lessons can be booked.

Our existing fishing lake has 37 well spaced pegs and is available for pleasure anglers and club match bookings. This picturesque lake has a variety of species including carp to 10lb, mirror, common and true crucian carp. As well as tench, chubb and barbell.

The feedback from those fishing on the lake has been very positive and we have had bags of 60lbs plus being caught.

We also offer:

• Waterloo Tearoom on site serving full English breakfasts or bacon butties to set you up for the day
• A selection of fishing tackle and bait available in Waterloo Tearoom
• Secure parking close to the lake
• Range of accommodation options (log cabins, B&B and caravan and camping pitches) if you wanted to stay over.

Day tickets to fish are £6 for adults, £4.50 for children aged 14-16 only (accompanied by an adult angler) and senior citizens. We are between Market Harborough and Northampton on the A508 (close to the A14) with easy access to the motorways. Open 7 days a week.
